Aritzia is one of Canada’s leading women’s luxury leisurewear brands, as well as one of my favourites! 

As a fashion enthusiast myself, and to learn more about the digital experience of a retail product, I dove into the shopping journey through the eyes of a client to explore e-commerce from the perspective of a leading retail brand. 

Excitedly, I concluded 3 opportunities as well as 3 possible recommendations to address Aritizia’s pain points.

As a Consultant on the Digital Agile and Marketing team,

I lead an extensive team to design, develop, and execute seamless digital client journeys across the largest money-out acquisition portfolios including: Credit Cards, Mortgages, & Partnerships (Skip the Dishes, Expedia, Farfetch, Journie Rewards, + more!).

Post-campaign, my team analyzes campaign performances, and translate data into optimizations and future testing opportunities. These digital experiences include end to end strategy to execution across: splash pages, check out pages, owned channels, and ad spaces.

ON TIME GLASS

On Time Glass (OTG) is a Lower Mainland based glass repair company started by 2 brothers. OTG wanted to change the industry by leveraging the most up to date project management softwares to deliver their services to clients timely. This included being reachable anywhere, anytime – including online. And that’s just what we did!

Together we worked to build their digital presence with a new website complete with dashing professional headshots.
